Terms of Service

1. The service

MyTeam FC is a software-as-a-service platform that helps football clubs manage sessions, members, attendance, performance, finance, and related workflows.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

If you register on behalf of a club or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans, seat limits, trials, and billing cycles are described at signup or on our pricing pages. Fees are charged through our payment provider unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are handled according to the plan selected and applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Misuse personal data of members, coaches, or guardians contrary to applicable privacy laws.
• Reverse engineer or resell the service except as expressly permitted.

5. Club content and data

You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of roster, attendance, financial, and other records you maintain in the platform.

6. Intellectual property

MyTeam FC, its branding, software, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or underlying technology except the limited right to use the service as provided.

7. Third-party services

The platform may integrate with third-party services such as payment processors or sign-in providers. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred Malaysian ringgit if you use a free plan.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.

Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
